The Pan Caribbean Partnership against HIV and AIDS (PANCAP), the mechanism that provides a structured and unified approach to the Caribbean’s response to the HIV epidemic, is seeking a marketing firm for the period March to May 2022 to develop and produce a suite of multi-media products (videos, brochures and posters) that provide specific knowledge to counter misinformation about COVID-19 and COVID-19 vaccination with a focus on People Living with HIV, key populations and vulnerable groups.

Review and Update the National Stigma and Discrimination Policy
The Government of Guyana has secured funding under the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) towards Guyana’s Response to HIV Prevention Treatment and Care in 2021 and 2022 and has identified a portion of the funding for the hiring of a consultant to review and update the National Stigma and Discrimination Policy.

The Finance and Operations Manager is a full-time position to support the local activities and oversee the Jamaica Data.FI project finances and operations. This position is responsible for managing and directing the finance, accounting and financial administration, and reporting of the project, including budget administration, accounting, banking and cash management and financial reporting.
The position reports to the Country Director (CD) on a day-to-day basis with specific financial reporting to the Director of Finance and Administration at Palladium’s US office in Washington, DC.
Palladium is currently seeking a Country Director, Jamaica to support implementation of the Translating Data for Implementation (Data.FI) award. Data.FI is a five-year global project funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Data.FI partners with PEPFAR programs to accelerate and sustain access to high-quality data to expedite HIV and COVID-19 epidemic control and maintenance. Data.FI supports host country governments to enhance existing health information systems (HIS) and conduct in-depth analysis of epidemiologic and program data to inform management responses to gaps in programming and sustain impact by supporting local partner transition.
In Jamaica, Data.FI will lead a team of technical advisors with expertise in digital health and data analytics to support the government through USAID to better monitor and mitigate the impacts of the COVID-19 epidemic. The Country Director for Data.FI, Jamaica will provide leadership to and be responsible for the successful management of the Data.FI program in Jamaica, including building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and submission of all technical products to the highest standard of quality, financial management and compliance.
This position is based in Kingston, Jamaica. The initial position term is 12 months, with an extension dependent on continued project funding.
