The Overall Objective of the Share Fair is to increase NAP managers, clinical practitioners, civil society organisations (CSOs) and other stakeholders’ understanding of the process for designing, implementing and monitoring PrEP programmes.

Specific objectives include:

• To facilitate participants’ understanding of the role of national AIDS programmes and civil society organisations in the design, implementation, and monitoring of PrEP programmes
• To understand the importance of screening and treatment of STIs – syphilis, hepatitis B and C, chlamydia and gonorrhoea- and managing non-occupational -post-exposure prophylaxis in PrEP programmes
• To enable participants to understand the factors that facilitate successful design, implementation and monitoring of PrEP programmes, the challenges and how these were addressed in different countries
• To identify lessons learned in the design, implementation and monitoring of PrEP programmes and how these can be applied to different countries
