Meet the PANCAP Director
Dr. Wendy Telgt-Emanuelson
Dr. Wendy Telgt-Emanuelson leads PANCAP’s dialogue with CARICOM governments, international donors and partners, and other stakeholders, in the continued implementation of a coordinated and structured regional approach for an AIDS-free Caribbean. She is the Director of the PANCAP Coordinating Unit which is responsible for delivering regional public goods that supports national programmes and advances PANCAP’s regional objectives.
