About the webinar

This PANCAP – PAHO webinar will focus on strategies and innovations in delivering maternal and child health services. Presenters will emphasise the importance for the regular and uninterrupted continuation of maternal and child health services including antenatal visits, post-partum care and vaccination services. Presenters will also discuss approaches to prevent and treat COVID-19 during pregnancy, delivery and post-partum.

Emphasis will also be placed on the delivery of HIV services for the HIV-positive pregnant mother and exposed infants to maintain the gains made in the Elimination of Mother-to-Child Transmission of HIV and Syphilis (EMTCT) in the Region.
