PANCAP in collaboration with the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV and AIDS (UNAIDS) and the Caribbean Vulnerable Communities Coalition (CVC) will host a webinar highlighting the critical importance of a rights-based approach to HIV service delivery particularly for People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and key populations during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, Civil society organisations (CSOs) will highlight the needs of PLHIV and key population communities. CSOs will also share innovations in addressing these in the context of social distancing, stay-at-home orders and other measures that are important in the COVID-19 response.
