Summary

Better knowledge about fertility desires/intentions among HIV-serodiscordant partners who face unique challenges when considering childbearing may be helpful in the development of targeted reproductive interventions. The aim of this systematic review was to synthesize the published literature regarding the prevalence of fertility desires/intentions and its associated factors among individuals in HIV-serodiscordant relationships while distinguishing low- and middle-income countries
(LMIC) from high-income countries (HIC).
