Summary
This research describes successful initiatives that Civil Society Organizations and Key Populations have undertaken to mobilize resources for HIV programming. The experiences are drawn mainly from Belize, Dominican Republic, Guyana and Haiti. These were garnered through interviews with key government and civil society representatives, donors, regional stakeholders and beneficiaries. Examples are also cited from other Caribbean countries through the literature review.
