The Pan Caribbean Partnership against HIV and AIDS (PANCAP) is a regional partnership which was established in 2001 to respond to the HIV and AIDS epidemic in the Caribbean.
The Partnership’s multi-sectoral and multi-lingual nature reflects a unique model which enjoys the distinction of being a UNAIDS-designated best practice (2004).
Its membership comprises the English-, Dutch-, French- and Spanish-speaking countries and territories of the Caribbean; civil society organisations; bilateral and multilateral organisations; donor partners; and regional institutions.
The RCM has taken the decision to suspend all new applications for membership of the Partnership until its constitution is finalised.
